AH is a one month old boy who came in with pneumonia last week. He is making very slow progress. One of the biggest daily expenses is oxygen. We're trying to take him off. This morning's oxygen saturation off oxygen was 70% so we had to restart it. We're aiming for 90% on oxygen. The parents tried for 12 years to have a baby. That baby died. Two years later, she had this beautiful baby.
There is an atmospheric depression in the Bay of Bengal. Winds whip in from the southwest. Increasing cloud cover has dampened the temperatures. The humidity is 100%. And the rains come, hard and steady, soft and steady, but usually steady, for days on end. Verdant, dense jungles, algae-covered paths and moldy clothes make green the color of this season.
